Formulate a brief...
To get started we will always recommend a short telephone call or digital meeting to discuss your desires in a little more detail. This will usually include a brief description of the project, an approximate timeframe for the works and an initial budget discussion. Once we have run through our list of project specific questions we will formulate a fee proposal and scope of services depending on your desired route forward.
Design with you...
To ensure that the design evolves into what you are looking for, we want to involve you in the design stage of the project as much as possible. This will usually be carried out through on-going digital meetings and reviewing multiple design options which allow us to test various design approaches to your project. Once you are happy with the proposal we are then able to proceed to the next stage, be it a planning submission or detailed design.
Create your dream project...
To ensure design and quality continuity between a planning scheme and the built product we are happy to complete Building Control and Tenders drawing packages for all our projects. We are also happy to take projects on site and project manage them for our clients if required. However, budgets don't always allow for this and therefore we have allowed flexibility in our scope of services which allows you to decide which services you desire.
