This project consists of a whole house refurbishment, along side a ground floor rear and dormer loft extension. The ability to flow through the different rooms in the property, particularly at ground level, was a key design feature for the client, so you are easily connected to the beautiful rear garden wherever you are in the house. The dormer loft extension forms an impressive master suite, with an en suite bathroom and separate dressing room.

Marsh Baldon

This project is situated in the picturesque Oxfordshire Village of Marsh Baldon, and consisted of a part 2 storey and part single storey full width rear extension, and full internal refurbishment. This site was in both the Green Belt and a conservation area, which meant it had to be designed sensitively in relation to its massing and materiality. 

Oxford Drive, Liverpool

This projects consisted of the full internal and external refurbishment of this 3 bedroom semi-detached property in South Liverpool. The scheme included a complete overhaul of the ground floor layout, in order to introduce a new kitchen, utility, W/C, dining room and two living spaces.
