These are the initial sketch designs for our house in Vallcanera, Spain. One of the key constraints of the site is a steep slope running from the rear of the site down to the road. In this design we decided to utilise the slope and allocate all the living spaces at first floor level to make the most of natural daylight and the surrounding views from the property. Our finished product which has been agreed with planning can be found under the project title Vallcanera.
