Prior to approaching contractors, we will prepare all of the detailed construction drawings as required, along side the specification, both of which will be given to the contractors to prepare their tender returns.

If you don't already have one in place, we will be happy to approach a number of local contractors for you, to gather multiple quotes for you to review. As part of this process we will be available to answer any questions the potential contractors have, organise a meeting between you and the contractor, and help you review the tender returns to ensure everything you need is provided.

Selecting the correct construction contract for your project is very important, to ensure you pay for the work that has been agreed. We will therefore select the appropriate contract for you and help you understand the small print, prior to ensuring it is followed throughout the build.

When you don't have previous project experience, it is advised that you retain your architect to help with the project management of the build. During this stage your project architects will be on hand to inspect the works and monitor the progress on site. There will always be someone on hand to answer any questions you have and ensure you know exactly what's going on.

Prior to the final sign off of the building work, your project architect will conduct a site inspection to pick up any defects and snags, and ensure these are corrected within the defects period specified in the contract.

We will make sure we leave you with all the relevant completion paperwork, required just incase you ever want to sell your property.
